Wide Format

Service

We pride ourselves in having a very strong, experienced Service

organization in the wide format area. We have sent our techs to

be trained at manufacturers facilities provide on site service on a

wide variety of different types of equipment. This would include

both Technical, as well as Graphics. There are certain branches

that are limited to the type of equipment it can service. Please

call your local sales rep to conﬁrm. We handle service to the

following equipment manufacturers.

• Canon

• Hewlett Packard- Technical and Latex

• Contex

• Rowe – Folders

• Rastek

• Vutek

• KIP

• Oce

• Colortrac

Placement Program

We have created a program here at Cansel that will allow

you to save money over time. This includes your paper, toner,

service, parts and preventative maintenance and training of your

equipment. We would set up the program over a 5 year term.

There are a number of reasons why this will beneﬁt you.

• Over the term of the placement there is a

substantial cost savings.

• You will receive a new machine at the time of signing.

• You will not have to worry about any increases to

prices over the time, allowing you to budget.

• Your inventory is constantly stocked, which prevents

you from running out of stock.

• There are no freight charges to worry about.

• If over time the equipment is problematic with

constantly causing down time. The unit will be

replaced with a same or similar functional machine.

• Rather than purchasing from a number of vendors

which is costly, creating a single check/source is a

time and ﬁnancial savings
