Waterproof cases

There are Canon waterproof cases for the

PowerShot models S110, G15 and G1 X. Offering

protection down to 40 metres with full control

over the camera they’re extremely versatile for

diving and snorkelling. A dedicated underwater

mode along with a custom white balance

option means the cameras are ready to produce

excellent and accurate results. Waterproof cases

offer protection against harsh environments e.g.

heavy rain, snow, sand, dust and humidity.

Flashes

With the hotshoe on top of the G series cameras and

the PowerShot SX50 HS, you have the option to either

use a Canon Speedlite as a main flash for extra light

or, with a Speedlite Transmitter (ST-E2), as a slave unit

to creatively light more than one part of a scene from

different directions. With an optional adapter you can

also fit either the Macro Ring Lite or Macro Twin Lite

flashes onto the PowerShot G15 and the G1 X to create

even lighting when doing advanced macro photography.

To keep your PowerShot in the best

possible condition there are soft cases

available for the PowerShot SX50 HS

(DCC-850), S110 (DCC-1900) the

G15 (DCC-1620 or SC-DC85) and

the G1 X (DCC-1800 or SC-DC75).
