2.8.2. RS-232C command input

RS-232C command input allows the following:

• Operation setting

• Parameter setting

• Error processing

• Status check

(For details, see 8. “Commands”)

In case not using high-speed serial communication, RS-232C communication command input is enough

for the following function:

• Step movement

• Raster scan (Continuous oscillation of a certain angle at a fixed frequency)
